This privacy policy applies to the Android app Football Draft Game: 38-0 (listed in the United States as Soccer Draft Game: 38-0), package com.tuanapps.englishdraft, published on Google Play by the developer MQ Co.,Ltd (“we”, “us”), and to its browser version.

1. What data does the app process?

The app does not collect personal information such as your name, e-mail address or location. Your drafts, results, career level and settings are stored on your device. The only exception is the leaderboard (section 2).

2. Leaderboard

When you finish the Daily Draft, the app sends your result (points, finishing position and Draft IQ) to our leaderboard server so it can show your worldwide rank. For this the app creates an online account with a random id, an automatic manager name (for example "Boss4821") and your country flag from the phone's region setting. You can change the manager name. Other players see the manager name, flag and score. We do not ask for your real name, e-mail or password. The server runs on Cloudflare, which processes technically necessary data such as your IP address to deliver and protect it. You can delete the online account and all your scores at any time with "Delete online account" on the leaderboard screen. Details: leaderboard privacy notice.

3. Advertising

The app shows no ads and contains no advertising or analytics SDK. It does not use the advertising ID.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases (Premium, joker packs) are handled by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR or the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

7. Contact

Questions or requests: please use the developer contact on the app's Google Play page.
